It’s a spicy tofu stew with baby clams that is a part of our lunch menu. Fresh curdled soft tofu with spring onion and clams are brought to boil in a special broth seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. It includes a plethora of Korean chilli flakes to give it that proper taste of smoked heat. It’s the epitome of Korean soul food. We recommend dropping the egg in while the soup is simmering, and having it over rice. Slurp away to your heart’s content, frankly it’s irresistible given the heat!
