What are the hours for Hwa Gae Jang Tuh?

We are open Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11AM to 9:30PM. Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 10PM. We are closed every Tuesday. Lunch specials are available weekdays 11AM-2PM for dine-in customers.

Does Hwa Gae Jang Tuh have private party rooms?

Yes. We have two private dining rooms: Room A (up to 25 guests) and Room B (up to 20 guests). They can be combined for events up to 60 guests. Call (301) 340-6880 to reserve.

Does Hwa Gae Jang Tuh use peanut oil?

No. We do not use peanut oil in our cooking. Sesame oil is a major seasoning in our kitchen. We take allergens seriously so you can enjoy our food worry-free.
